ESG: Integrated ESG management in the Group
Since 2022, work has been ongoing in implementing an internal regulatory system which, with the appointment of an ESG Committee, will help extend best practices in Governance to our Group companies. In this regard, one objective to be addressed in the medium term is designing and implementing a Comprehensive Corporate Risk System that, in terms of management and diligence, equates financial, compliance and operational risks with non-financial risks (social or climate risks, among others).

Sea Eight is the Group’s platform dedicated to the production of sustainable premium protein.
With over 13 years of experience and proprietary technology developed around RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems), the platform has established itself as a global benchmark in aquaculture excellence. It currently produces the highest-quality sole and plans to expand to new locations thanks to its scalable and innovative model.
Its mission is to provide society and the food industry with a healthy and balanced diet based on sustainability and the regenerative care of marine ecosystems, while maintaining the same gastronomic excellence and premium taste of the sea.
