HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
ATITLAN processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To manage applications for a job at ATITLAN and to assess the profiles.
- To assess investment and collaboration projects submitted to us.
Both of these processing tasks are conducted based on your consent given by submitting your CV or your project. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legitimacy of the processing previously conducted, however, it will mean that ATITLAN will not be able to manage or process your application.
Similarly, based on the execution of the contractual relationship between you and ATITLAN, your data will be processed in order to manage the creation, management and maintenance of your user account on the Website.
Furthermore, your data may also be used for the following purposes, despite the fact that this is not the purpose defined on the website or for which it has been developed and prepared:
- Managing and resolving your queries, complaints, suggestions and claims.
- Verifying in certain cases the truthfulness of your information.
- Cooperating with the authorities, security forces and bodies, as well as the judicial systems of each country that may —through legal channels— request information and cooperation for the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and any other crime of any nature.
WHO DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION TO?
If you provide your data in the “HR” section, your data will be disclosed to other companies in the ATITLAN Group in order to organise the applications of candidates who wish to apply for a job in one of the Group’s companies, as well as to conduct a search for the ideal profile for the position to be filled.
Furthermore, data provided through the “Investment Opportunity” section will be disclosed to other ATITLAN Group companies for the management of investment projects that ATITLAN receives through the Website.
Personal data will also be made accessible to technology and labour, tax and accounting management service providers.
HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
Personal data provided through the “Human Resources” section will be stored for the purpose of managing your application and to include you in future selection processes that may be initiated within one year.
In the event that a project is submitted through the “Investment Opportunity” section, the data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to assess the project.
Furthermore, to the extent that the user has created a user account, their data will be stored until they delete this account or exercise their right of erasure pursuant to the provisions of the “Users’ rights” section.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, ATITLAN may subsequently retain personal data, duly blocked, for as long as it is necessary to fulfil any legal obligations to which it may be subject or to meet any liabilities that may arise from the processing of such data.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and limitation of processing by writing to ATITLAN at the postal address stated in the heading, providing their full name and enclosing a copy of their ID card, passport or equivalent document accrediting their identity, or by accessing our form for the rights related to the General Data Protection Regulation.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, writing to the postal address stated at the beginning, or by accessing our GDPR Rights Attention form. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legitimacy of any data processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
