Atitlan and Grupo Ática have joined forces to promote affordable housing in the Valencian Community

Atitlan Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (ATDI) and Grupo Ática (A²) have formed an alliance to develop affordable housing in the Valencian Community. The collaboration is part of Plan Vive, an initiative of the Valencian Government to promote the construction of 10,000 affordable homes in the region through public-private partnerships.

Both companies will participate in public land tenders coordinated by the Valencian Housing and Land Authority(EVha) as part of Plan Vive. The aim is to actively contribute to addressing the current challenges of the real estate market, which is conditioned by a shortage of supply and difficulties in accessing housing for a significant percentage of the population.

The alliance will expand its scope beyond the Plan Vive by purchasing land through other means to meet the goal of multiplying the impact of its strategy and contributing to the development of affordable, sustainable, and quality housing in the Valencian Community by aligning its experience, management capacity, and financial strength.

About ATDI

With a consolidated track record across multiple sectors, ATDI is present in large urban developments, logistics, residential, and alternative tertiary uses (flex living and student housing). It also maintains a significant portfolio of rental assets in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, and Seville.

In the area of affordable housing, the Atitlan group’s real estate investment platform plans to develop at least 500 units of this type in the Valencian Community in addition to the Plan Vive, once the land portfolio under management is ready for construction.

About Ática

Grupo Ática is one of the most important real estate operators in the Valencian Community. With more than 100 buildings delivered, it has extensive experience in residential development, with over 6,500 homes delivered. It currently manages 14 ongoing developments, totaling nearly 1,000 homes, 40% of which are publicly subsidized (VPP).

As a specialist in land management and transformation, A² has worked on the planning, re-parcelling, and development of more than 20 urban areas in recent years, strengthening its development capacity in the field of affordable housing.
